Athlete "I am a former All-American sprinter who after having 2 kids decided to pick up distance running to relieve daily stress. For few years I trained myself based on my own knowledge of running and was able to steadily improve. I got to a point where overtraining, injuries and lack of experience would stop my training and affect my racing. I started with Jason about a year ago and in just first 6 months I not only was able to stay healthy but also improved my half marathon PR from 1:30:53 to 1:28:07. I appreciate his ability to be able to deal with a working mother’s schedule who is still trying to see if she has anything left in her competitive spirit. Based on the work and progressions Jason has guided me through this summer I am very much looking forward to seeing my marathon and half marathon times this upcoming fall."
