2012 Lake Placid Training Camp June 15-17
ETA Coach would like to invite you to a training camp that will provide you with the instruction and education to bring your training and racing to the next level.
You will have the opportunity to train in beautiful Lake Placid, NY with individualized workouts, group seminars, and fully sagged workouts. In addition to evidence-based training, every athlete will receive in-depth consultation with Coach Jason Kilderry. You will learn to train and recover properly, evaluate your training and racing performance intelligently, and make the best possible use of your time and energy in the rest of your racing and training season.
