2018 Lake Placid Training Camp June 21st – June 24th, 2018

ETA Coach would like to invite you to the 6th annual Lake Placid Training Camp that will provide you with the instruction and education you need to bring your training and racing to the next level.

You will have the opportunity to train in beautiful Lake Placid, NY with individualized workouts, group seminars, and fully sagged workouts. In addition to evidence-based training, every athlete will receive in-depth consultation with one of our coaches. You will learn to train and recover properly, evaluate your training and racing performance intelligently, and make the best possible use of your time and energy in the rest of your racing and training season. The timing of this camp is ideal for those who are competing in the 2018 Ironman Lake Placid, but it is also beneficial to athletes training for other races. Additionally, this camp is great for those looking to do the 70.3 version of Lake Placid in September of 2018.

One of the best parts of the camp is living in a house with other endurance athletes who share the same passion, drive, and dedication to the sport of triathlon that you do. You not only leave this camp with a wealth of education and increased fitness, but friends that will last a life time. This year, instead of having one camp house, there will be two!
