ETA Coach Winter Swim Clinic!
The ETA Coach Winter Swim Clinic is a great way to dramatically improve your swimming confidence and ability. This progressive swim clinic will span a six-week period and will be led by ETA Head Coach Jason Kilderry, Coach Maya Hunnewell, Swim Coaches Greg Wilkinson and Bill Sepich.
The swim clinic is for those individuals that can swim independently but are looking to improve the efficiency of their stroke. Participants will learn how to swim the freestyle with proper kick, arm movement, breathing pattern, and timing. The emphasis will be on learning the most effective drills to improve freestyle for open water and triathlon swimming, as additional yardage completed with incorrect form does not improve performance!
Each session will last 60 minutes and will include both drill instruction and swim training. There will be an emphasis on drill work and fins are required for all participants. Given the progressive nature of the clinic, participants are highly encouraged to attend all sessions.

The swim clinic is USAT Sanctioned. All participants must be a USAT member or pay 10.00 per session for swim clinic insurance. Please note that this is in addition to the swim clinic cost. Having a USAT membership allows you not only to participate in the swim clinic, but will also cover all of your race day insurance fees for a year; this way you will not have to pay 10.00 for every race and USAT sanctioned clinic you attend.
